Emotion can get in the way or get you on the way



Let understand why you should control your emotions and what happen if you don’t control it ? you all faced situations in which you are angry and do something wrong in anger and than after this you feel bad for it , sometime we are so tensed from our life and this lead to anxiety and depression which is not good for you and you do unwanted things like scold your child for no reason , talk in a bad way and do things that destroy you , some people even attempt suicide in depression or anxiety

That is the reason why you should control your emotions let see benefit of controlling emotion your mental Attitude towards thing change  you start thinking positive , you talk to people in a good way and this make your relations stronger and you can achieve anything in life easily because one of the biggest enemy of your goal is your own negative emotions like laziness .

From all this I am not saying emotions are bad no in reality emotions are very powerful and good thing for your life if you use it correctly

Emotions is Energy in motion

According to me there are two type of emotion

1.       Constructive emotion

2.       Destructive emotion

 

Constructive emotion are those emotion which help you in achieving your goal and make you to do right things in life and construct your life and you get to know that there are lot of things you don’t know example of constructive emotion are love , happiness , bliss , etc

Destructive emotion are those emotion which make you feel negative and destroy your life like laziness , anger , lust etc

So let start…

 




 

                                                 Anger – The fire that burns you

 

You cannot see your reflection in boiling water similarly , you cannot see truth in state of anger .

 

Anger is like you holding a burning coal in your hand to throw on your enemy what would happen? You may hurt your enemy but first you will hurt yourself .

In anger the first that happen is your ability to think is stop working and you do wrong thing.

There is a wonderful story about anger once upon a time a father is going somewhere with his son. Suddenly he remember that he has to buy a envelop for important document that he made whole night so he park his car and say to his son that I am going to buy something sit here quietly , I am coming in 2 minutes his son says okey daddy

After few minutes he come back and see that his son is making drawing on his documents and he become extremely angry and start shouting and in anger he pick a screw driver from his car and hit on  his child’s hand. And suddenly he realised ohh no I hit my son and take him to hospital .

After some time he ask doctor what happen is my child okey ?

Doctor says how your child get this injury we have to cut his two fingers how irresponsible you are ?

He get shocked after hearing that and his eyes filled with tears . after operation he go to his child and his son hug him and ask daddy when will my fingers grow again I want to draw something my teacher say I can become an artist

His dad see the document on which his son was drawing and he start crying loudly because his son draw a picture of his dad and write I love my daddy

So moral of the story is if you are patient  in one moment of anger you will  escape a hundred day of sorrow

1.       Breathing technique

2.       Asking questions

3.       Use the power of choice

4.       Meditation

5.       Reading more books

 

Let start with first method

1.       Breathing technique

 

When you get angry take deep and slow breath for example I get angry now I inhale deep breath and hold for few second and exhale slowly and count it as 10 and then 9 , 8 and so on your mind become relax immediately and your anger is gone let move on next method

 

2.       Asking questions

Ask yourself question about the situation like why I am angry ?, is I am in control ? may bwe fault is mine , is the person infront of me innocent , are my emotions controlling me ? ask all questions and decide what you want ? you can deal with that situation with intelligence

 

3.       Use the power of choice

Realize that you have a choice in present moment .you can choose what you want to feel? Don’t let your feelings to control you.

 

4.       Meditation

It is an long process but very effective. If you do meditation than your all feelings are harmonize . but it take time you can start doing by 2min and increase it when you comfortable . remember in beginning it feel difficult to sit for few minutes but with practice you can do it .after some time you can able to do it easily .

 

5.Reading more book

By reading more books you get more knowledge which can help you to understand basic things of life and you have more power and knowledge over your emotions you can easily deal with difficult  situation.
